What I collect

When you submit the offer form I collect your name, email address, phone number, city, the brand, model and reference of the watch, anything you add in the notes field, and the photos you upload. If you email or call me directly, I keep that correspondence. I do not collect anything else and there is no tracking pixel on this site.

Why I collect it

To value your watch and get back to you with an offer. The contact details are so I can reach you, the watch details and photos are so I can price it accurately, and the city tells me whether we can meet in person or should ship.

Who sees it

Me. I do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with marketing companies, lead brokers or anyone else. Form submissions are stored in my own Google Workspace account, which means Google processes them as my service provider. The only other third party is Escrow.com, which handles payment and receives only what is needed to complete the transfer.

How long I keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a transaction are deleted within twelve months, including the photos. Completed transactions are kept as long as Florida law requires for a licensed secondhand dealer, and for tax and anti-money-laundering recordkeeping. You can ask me to delete your information at any point before that.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses basic analytics to understand which pages people read. That data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. There is no advertising pixel and no retargeting.

Your choices

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email offers@clearcasewatch.com and I will handle it directly. You will never be added to a mailing list without asking for it.

Security

Photos and details you send are transmitted over an encrypted connection. I do not ask for and will never request your Social Security number, bank login or credit card details through the form.

Changes

If this policy changes I will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how I use information already collected will be communicated directly to anyone affected.
