What this site is

ClearCaseWatch buys Swiss made luxury watches from private sellers. This site provides information and a way to request a purchase offer. It is not a retail store and nothing here is an offer to sell you a watch.

Offers are estimates until the watch is inspected

Any number quoted from photos and a description is a preliminary offer based on the information you provide. The final offer is confirmed after I physically inspect the watch. If the watch matches your description, the number does not change. If it differs materially, for example undisclosed damage, an aftermarket part, a replaced dial or a service replacement not mentioned, I will tell you what changed and why, and give you a revised number.

You can walk away

You are under no obligation at any point. If you decline the final offer after I have received the watch, I return it to you at my cost, fully insured, with no fees and no questions.

Shipping and insurance

I provide a prepaid, insured shipping label, or I collect the watch in person if you would rather do it that way. Shipped watches are insured for the agreed value from the moment the carrier scans the package until it is delivered to me. You are responsible for packing the watch adequately and for describing it accurately.

Ownership and legality

By selling a watch you confirm that you own it outright, that it is not stolen, not subject to a lien, loan or insurance claim, and that you have the legal right to sell it. I verify serial numbers against stolen-watch databases. Transactions above reporting thresholds require identity verification under federal anti-money-laundering rules.

Payment

Payment is made by wire transfer through Escrow.com, an independent third-party escrow service. Funds are released the same business day the watch clears inspection, provided identity verification is complete.

What I do not buy

I buy Swiss made watches only. I do not buy smartwatches, fashion brands, replicas or watches I cannot authenticate. If a watch turns out to be counterfeit I will return it and report as required by law.

Accuracy of this site

I keep the information on this site current, but watch values move. Nothing on this site is a guaranteed price, an appraisal for insurance purposes, or financial advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
